To obtain a Youth Employment Certificate (work permit), visit the website below and follow the instructions.
NC Department of Labor
Students must already have a job offer to complete the form. Students will complete the form online. Work permits will be available to print and/or save when completed. There are no signatures, documents, or other information needed from the school.
