GRADUATION 10:00am; Seniors should be in line by 9:15 am.

Wear cap and gown with appropriate attire- tassel on the right. Make sure that your guests arrive on time, as doors will close at 9:57 pm. Guests must have their ticket in order to receive free parking and admission to Graduation.

Graduation is an extension of the school program.  All school rules and regulations will apply to practice and the graduation ceremony.  No throwing of caps or any other inappropriate behavior.  This will result in your diploma being held until June 16th  for pick up in the principal’s office with your parent present.

Appropriate dress for Graduation is as follows:

MALES:  Dark pants, light shirt with a tie.  Dark shoes.  Caps flat. No jeans- no flip flops!!

FEMALES:  Dress, skirt and blouse or pant suit.  Necklines should be plain so that the collar for your gown will fit properly.  Attach the white collar to your gown ahead of time.  Dress color is not important.  Make sure that your design does not show through your gown.  Your dress hemline should not be below your gown. Your cap should be flat on your head. No jeans- no flip flops!!

Only approved graduation cords can be worn. There is no decorating of caps and/or gowns. No additional stoles will be allowed.

Graduation Guest Reminders

A ticket is required for entry.

One ticket per seat used.

Graduates received tickets at rehearsal.

Greensboro Coliseum has a bag policy. ALL bags must be smaller than 10 inches by 10 inches, no exceptions. They will not hold your bag for you if it is too large.

No balloons.

No air horns or other noise makers. 

No umbrellas.

ARRIVE EARLY! The ceremony starts at 10:00 A.M.. Doors will lock at 9:50 A.M. for the graduates' processional and will remain closed until after the National Anthem. If you are late, you will not be able to enter until the anthem concludes.
